As a result, fuel supply to the engines was interrupted, causing the aircraft to lose altitude rapidly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1230\">Cockpit voice recordings reveal a startling exchange between the pilots. The report also states that the aircraft had achieved the required takeoff speed of <strong data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1857\">180 knots<\/strong>, but <strong data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1897\">crashed just 23 seconds later.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"2087\">The cause behind the unintended fuel switch shutdown is still under investigation.
