Nawaz Sharif got relief, Security bail of Nawaz Sharif approved
Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif got relief before returning home. Security bail of Nawaz Sharif approved in Al-Azizia and Edenfield reference. Islamabad High Court granted Nawaz Sharif’s protective bail till October 24. The court stopped the concerned authorities from arresting Nawaz Sharif.

The order said that the petitioners should appear before the court on the next hearing. Petitioner should not be arrested till court appearance. Chief Justice Amir Farooq said in his remarks that NAB’s position has changed in the case. To which the NAB lawyer replied that if Nawaz Sharif wants to come or surrender, then let him come.

The Chief Justice asked whether you have any written statement of this position. On which the NAB lawyer said in his answer to the court that he does not have any writing. Chief Justice Islamabad High Court directed the NAB lawyer to submit the instructions received on the matter in writing. Azam Nazir Tarar said that we want to assist the court in the case.
